Is the program builder free?
Yes. It comes with your free Workbliss membership. You get 5 free AI builds every month, and building your own program, module by module, is always free. You only pay when you book a program.
What happens when I’ve used my free AI builds?
You can keep building your own programs for free, or choose Upgrade in your dashboard and our team will add more AI builds to your account. Your free AI builds start again at the beginning of each month.
What is a module?
A module is one part of a real Workbliss session, such as a talk, a practice or a Q&A, usually 10 to 60 minutes long. There are more than 17,000, so you can bring together parts of different sessions in one program.
How is the price worked out?
Every module shows its minutes and its price in session credits, and your total updates as you build. The minimum booking is ½ credit, and in-person programs add ¼ credit. One credit is
What can I upload?
Survey results, your health plan or benefits guide, or a report: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or images, up to 3 files of 10 MB each. Your files are private to you and the Workbliss team, and we only use them to build your program. Please take out names and personal details first.
What happens after I send a program?
Our team checks it with our experts, then confirms the price and your date with you in Messages, in your dashboard. Nothing is booked until you agree.

Any Workbliss member. Membership is free with your work email. Most companies get access straight away, and we check a few first.
