Digital campaigns

Campaigns your people actually notice.

We plan, write, design and produce wellbeing and benefits campaigns, and deliver every asset ready to use – you share them wherever your people will see them. Posters for offices and breakrooms, cards for every screen, posts for your chat channels and guides that open on any phone. In every language your people speak.

How it works

From brief to launch in five steps.

A clear process with your sign-off at every stage, so every site gets the right message, in the right language, on time.

  1. Step 1: Brief

Tell us the moment and who it’s for.

Share the awareness day or priority, your audiences, sites and languages, and the support you want people to find.

You get: A clear scope for every audience
  2. Step 2: Plan

    We plan and price it.

A plan of every asset, channel and language at a fixed price. Once you approve it, we invoice and start production.

You get: A fixed-price plan to approve
  3. Step 3: Create

We write, design and produce it.

Specialists write the content and our designers produce posters, screens, video, guides and manager toolkits, in every language.

You get: Every asset, in every language
  4. Step 4: Review

Your teams review and sign it off.

HR, legal and site leads review everything. We make the changes, and nothing goes out until you’re happy.

You get: Nothing goes live without your sign-off
  5. Step 5: Launch

You share it. We report the results.

Each site gets ready-to-use assets. Afterwards we report reach, QR scans and response, site by site.

You get: Reach and response, site by site
Questions

Planning a campaign.

Something else on your mind? Tell us what you’re planning or email hello@workbliss.ai.

What’s included in a Workbliss digital campaign?

A campaign can include QR posters, screen cards for digital signage, short-form video, mobile guides, manager toolkits, and email, intranet and social copy, with reporting after launch. We shape each kit around your people and the channels they actually use.

Do employees need an app or a login?

No. A QR code opens a short mobile page on any phone, with nothing to download and nothing to sign in to.

Can a campaign run across countries and languages?

Yes. We adapt each campaign for every country and role, in the languages your people speak, so it reads as if it was written locally.

Who checks the content before it goes live?

We write with subject specialists, then review every piece with your HR, benefits and safety teams before launch, so it fits your policies and site procedures.

Can you run a campaign every month?

Yes. Many clients plan a year of campaigns around awareness days, open enrollment and their own priorities, and we deliver each one end to end.

How do we know a campaign worked?

After each campaign we report QR scans, page and video views, and reach by site, so you can see what landed and where.
