- Email addresses voluntarily provided when you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter
- Member profile details you give us when you create a free member profile: your name, work email, company, job title and country, the sessions you save, and the requests you send
- Answers you give in our Plan my program form
- Usage data such as pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
- Device information including browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Send updates about Workbliss, including launch announcements and early access invitations
- Improve our website and content based on usage patterns
- Communicate with you about our products and services
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes.
Member Profiles
Member profiles, saved sessions, requests, files we send you and sign-ups are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, and are visible only to you and the Workbliss team. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your work email; we never ask for a password. To close your profile or have your details deleted, email hello@workbliss.ai.
Prices in Your Currency
To show prices in your currency, your browser first goes by your device’s time zone, which stays on your device. When the time zone doesn’t tell us, our website checks which country your IP address is in. That check runs on our own server, using IP Geolocation by DB-IP (licensed under CC BY 4.0), and we don’t store or log your IP address for it. If you have a member profile, we keep the currency you signed up with on your account.
Address Suggestions
When you type an address for an in-person session, the letters you type are sent to Photon, a free address search run by komoot and built on OpenStreetMap data, so it can suggest matching addresses. We only send what you type in that field, and only once you’ve typed three letters or more. The address you choose is sent to us with your booking or request.
Embedded Video
Our home page plays a background video hosted on YouTube. When the video loads, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect device and usage information under Google’s privacy policy.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
