About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use workbliss.ai, create a Workbliss member profile, buy session credits, or book sessions, experiences or campaigns from Workbliss. “Workbliss,” “we,” “our” and “us” mean Workbliss Inc., a Delaware corporation, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. “You” means the person using the site and the organization they act for.
If your organization has signed a separate agreement, order or statement of work with Workbliss, that document applies where it differs from these Terms. By creating a profile, ticking the box to accept these Terms, or making a purchase, you agree to them on behalf of your organization and confirm you have the authority to do so.
Membership and your account
Membership is free and is for people who plan workforce experience programs for an organization, such as HR, people, benefits, learning and wellbeing teams. You sign up with a work email address. We may decline or close a profile that uses a personal email address or that we reasonably believe is not used for that purpose.
Each profile is for one person. Keep your details accurate, and keep access to your work email secure, because it is how you sign in. Tell us at hello@workbliss.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
The session index, prices, guides and materials in the member area are for planning your organization’s programs. Please don’t copy, publish or share them outside your organization, or use automated tools to collect them.
Session credits
Sessions are priced in session credits, as shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard. The credits a session uses depend on its type, its length, whether it is in person, and any equipment, materials or headcount involved. We confirm the credits for a session before it is booked.
Credits last 12 months from the day you buy them. Packs bought before December 31, 2026 stay valid until December 31, 2027. Unused credits expire at the end of that period. Reminders we send before credits expire do not extend them. When you use credits, the oldest are used first.
Credits can be used by anyone in your organization, for any session, in any country. They cannot be transferred to another organization, exchanged for cash, or refunded, except as set out under Cancellations below.
Some things are priced separately from credits, such as licensed assessments (priced per person), promotional materials, shipped kits, and travel outside a session’s standard terms. We tell you the price before you book them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling in the UK, in euros elsewhere in Europe, in Canadian or Australian dollars in Canada and Australia, and in US dollars everywhere else, and you pay in the currency shown. Members pay in the currency of the country where they created their profile. Prices do not include any sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, which are added where they apply. We may change our prices, but not for credits you have already bought or sessions we have already confirmed.
You can pay by card or by invoice. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Invoices are payable upfront, before delivery, by the due date shown on the invoice. Credits are added to your account once payment is received. We may pause bookings while an invoice is overdue.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date, time, format and credits or price in writing, for example in your dashboard or by email. Before a session, we agree the details with you, including your audience, goals, language and any tailoring. Sessions are booked at least 14 days ahead. You can also book a session and choose its date later, as long as the date is at least 14 days after you tell us, and within the time your credits are valid. If a session is booked less than 30 days ahead, the cancellation terms for that notice apply from the moment it is confirmed.
Sessions are delivered by vetted experts and providers that Workbliss selects and manages. Workbliss is your single point of contact and is responsible to you for the booking. If an expert becomes unavailable, we will provide a suitably qualified replacement or offer a new date.
You are responsible for the things we agree you will provide, such as a suitable room, power, access and safety information for in-person sessions, a working video link for virtual sessions, and inviting your people. If a session can’t go ahead because something you agreed to provide isn’t available, it is treated as a late cancellation.
Recording a session requires our agreement in advance, and some experts do not allow recording. Where a recording is agreed, it is for internal use by your organization only.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Our experts hold the date for you as soon as a session is confirmed, so we ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Moving a session. You can move a confirmed session once at no charge if you tell us at least 30 days before it. Any other move, or a move with 14 to 29 days’ notice, has an administration fee of 20% of the session’s credits or price, and the new date must be within 6 months of the original one. A move with less than 14 days’ notice counts as a cancellation.
If you cancel a confirmed session, we return credits or refund payments for that session as follows, based on the time before the session starts:
- 30 days or more: 100%
- 14 to 29 days: 50%
- Less than 14 days: no refund
Costs we have already paid to third parties on your behalf, such as materials, shipped kits, venue hire or travel, are not refundable. If a session can’t go ahead because of something on your side, such as a date not agreed in time or a room that isn’t ready, it counts as a cancellation by you.
If we cancel a session for a reason on our side, such as an expert falling ill, we offer a replacement expert or a new date. If neither works for you, we return the credits or payment in full.
Promotional materials and campaigns
Promotional materials for a session, such as posters, GIFs and teaser videos, and digital campaigns are optional add-ons, priced separately. When you have paid for them, you may use the final materials within your organization. We keep the rights to our templates, designs, session content and methods, and we may use anonymized, non-identifying examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You confirm that any logos, images or content you send us for your materials are yours to use, and you allow us to use them only to produce your materials.
Health information
Workbliss sessions, materials and content are for general education and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional. Workbliss is not a medical provider.
Where a service involves health checks or other clinical activity, it is delivered by a licensed provider under that provider’s own professional responsibilities. Taking part in any session or activity is voluntary. Participants should consider their own health, follow the expert’s instructions, and stop if they feel unwell. Anyone with questions about their health should speak to their doctor or another qualified professional.
The Workbliss platform waitlist
Joining the platform waitlist does not commit you or us to anything. We will contact you about early access and may change what the platform includes, and when it is available.
Our content
The site, the session index, our session descriptions, guides, templates and other materials belong to Workbliss or our licensors. You may use them to plan and run programs for your organization. Please don’t sell, publish or reuse them for another purpose without our written permission.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We keep the information you share with us about your organization and your people confidential and use it only to plan and deliver your programs, and we ask you to do the same with our pricing and materials.
Our responsibility to you
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as these Terms say, and to the extent the law allows, we do not give any other promises about the site or our services.
To the extent the law allows, Workbliss is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, and our total responsibility for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, travel disruption, illness, or outages of third-party services. If that happens, we will work with you to find a new date.
Changes, ending and the law that applies
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with its date, and the version in place when you made a booking applies to that booking. You can close your profile at any time by emailing hello@workbliss.ai. We may suspend or close a profile that breaks these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Delaware, unless the law of the country where you are based requires otherwise.
