How do credits work?
Each session is priced in credits, by its type and length. Most 60-minute sessions are 1 credit. Fitness classes are ⅓ credit an hour, leadership, manager and coaching sessions are 1½, and Signature experts are 2. In-person sessions add 0.25 credits for the facilitator’s travel and time, and hands-on experiences that need equipment or materials, such as smoothie bars or chair massage, start at 1.5 credits and scale with headcount. Every session in the session index shows its price in credits.
What does pre-funding mean?
You pay for a number of credits upfront, and every credit costs less: US$1,500 each pay as you go, US$1,300 each when you pre-fund 10, and less again when you pre-fund 25. Each card above shows the price per credit. You don’t need to choose the sessions on day one: book them as your plans take shape, for any team, office or country.
Can we use credits in any country?
Yes. Credits work for any session, in any country, so one pack can cover every office and every team.
Is the price the same everywhere?
Yes. Workbliss pricing is global: one price per session, wherever your people are.
What does every session include?
A vetted expert who is briefed on your culture and your people before the session. Half-day and full-day sessions also include a briefing call with your expert, and for shorter sessions you can add one for US$150. To promote it, you can add a flyer for US$25, or a full campaign kit for US$250: a five-day countdown, posters and flyers, GIFs, email templates and a teaser video.
What isn’t covered by credits?
Licensed assessments, such as EQ-i 2.0, are priced per person, and promotion kits are priced per session. Live online sessions run free on your own Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, or Workbliss can host the call for US$150. A briefing call with your expert is US$150 for sessions shorter than a half day. These are paid by card or invoice. Everything else in the session index is priced in credits.
How do we pay?
By card, or by invoice. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe, and your credits are added straight away. Or ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer through your usual procurement process. Invoices and payment status are kept in your member dashboard.
How do we pre-fund credits?
Create a free member profile with your work email, then choose how many credits in your dashboard. Pay by card and your credits appear straight away, or request an invoice and they appear once it’s paid.
Do credits expire?
Credits last 12 months from the day you buy them. Credits pre-funded before December 31, 2026 stay valid until December 31, 2027.
What’s in a bundle?
A ready-made set of expert-led sessions for one moment of the year, such as Stress Awareness Week or American Heart Month, for US$5,000. It’s four 1-hour sessions, or three sessions and an experience, such as a chair massage day for up to 25 people. Booked one by one, the sessions would cost US$6,000.
Is there a bundle for benefits enrollment?
Yes, for teams in any country. The Benefits Enrollment bundle brings people to your benefits tables with a smoothie bar, yoga, a nutrition demo and games at your office, plus an enrollment campaign kit in up to three languages. It’s from US$7,500 for a one-day pop-up, US$10,000 for a full day and US$15,000 for a week. For more offices, we quote.
When do the sessions run?
You choose: all on one day, one a day across a week, or one a week across the month. You pick the dates when you book, live online or in person, for teams anywhere.
Can we run a bundle in person?
Yes. Each session in person adds US$375 for the expert’s travel and time. If a session needs flights or a hotel, we quote that before you book.
Can we add more to a bundle?
Yes. Add an experience on top of any bundle, such as a chair massage day or a vision board workshop, at 10% off. For chair massage, each therapist gives up to 25 ten-minute massages, so you add therapists for more people. A bigger company can book a bundle for each office or team, or build its own.
Can we use credits for a bundle?
No. Bundles are paid by card or by invoice. Credits are for the sessions you choose yourself.
What are the 2027 subscriptions?
Your own private session every month, on the themes you choose, at US$1,300 a session instead of US$1,500. One a month is US$1,300 a month, or US$12,480 for the year, Twice a month is US$2,600 a month, or US$24,960 for the year and The office rhythm is US$4,750 a month, or US$45,600 for the year. The office rhythm also has a chair massage day every six months.
Can we pay for the year up front?
Yes. Pay for the year and everything in your subscription is 20% off, including the office rhythm’s chair massage days. Switch the prices to Annual to see them. You pay once, by invoice or by card.
Is a subscription different from a bundle?
A bundle is a set of sessions for one moment of the year, booked once. A subscription is a session every month, all year, on themes we plan with you.
Is membership free?
Yes. A Workbliss profile is free for anyone in HR, people, wellbeing, benefits or learning roles. Sign up with your work email; there’s no password.
Do we need a paid membership to book?
No. With a free profile you can book sessions, pre-fund credits or book a bundle.
How is Wellbeing Wednesdays different from a 2027 subscription?
Wellbeing Wednesdays is shared: Workbliss sets the weekly schedule, and employees from every subscribing company join the same live session. A 2027 subscription is private: your own session every month, on the themes you choose, for your people only.
Will we see who joined?
You’ll see how many people joined each week, never names, because joining a wellbeing session can say something about someone’s health. Questions for the expert go to Workbliss, not to the employer, and can be anonymous.
When do Workbliss Plus, Wellbeing Wednesdays and Campaign of the month launch?
Join the launch list for any of them and you’ll hear first, with prices and dates. Wellbeing Wednesdays will be priced by how many of your people can join.
