About this session
The IBS Support Series is a five-session program for employees living with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), with sessions from 60 minutes to a full day. It runs live online or in person.
Participants explore workplace pressure points, stress and sleep, understand low-FODMAP guidance and when it's used, and build a flexible plan for higher-symptom days.
The series is education, not diagnosis or treatment. Dietary changes like low-FODMAP are best guided by a dietitian, and new or changing symptoms should be checked by a doctor.
Participants leave with a practical, flexible plan for managing IBS around work.
