About this session

A cuisine-led food experience. Teams prepare a colorful Mediterranean-inspired shared table, then sit down to taste and enjoy it together.

There is no cooking at the workplace or online. A Workbliss food expert brings the ingredients and guides the group through preparing and assembling dips, salads, marinated vegetables and grain or pulse dishes.

Participants work with vegetables, beans, lentils and chickpeas, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices, olive oil and citrus, and hear the traditions behind the food without treating the region as one uniform cuisine.

Want the team to cook? We can quote a team outing at a hired kitchen with a chef.
