About this session
Resistance Band Pilates is a 60-minute Pilates class for teams who want added challenge using resistance bands. It runs live online or in person.
A qualified instructor uses bands for progressive challenge and feedback, with adapted exercises so everyone can work at their own level.
Book it as a one-off class or a recurring series. Anyone with an injury or health condition should check with a doctor first and let the instructor know.
Participants leave with band exercises they can repeat at home and a better feel for engaging their core.
