About this session
Brain health matters throughout adulthood, not only in later life.
The way people sleep, move, eat, manage stress, use technology, connect with others and recover from demanding work can influence concentration, mental clarity, mood and cognitive resilience now as well as over time.
In this practical session, participants explore the everyday factors that support healthy brain function and identify where ordinary working patterns may be placing unnecessary strain on attention, memory and recovery.
The facilitator connects immediate concerns such as brain fog, distraction and mental fatigue with the broader foundations of long-term cognitive health.
Participants leave with realistic strategies for protecting focus, supporting recovery and building a brain-healthy routine without relying on specialist products, complicated exercises or unrealistic lifestyle overhauls.
This session provides general brain-health and healthy-lifestyle education. It does not diagnose cognitive impairment, dementia, neurological conditions, mental health conditions or the causes of individual memory or concentration changes.
Participants with new, persistent, worsening or concerning changes in memory, behavior, speech, concentration or everyday functioning should seek appropriate professional assessment. No participant is required to disclose personal medical information.
