About this session
Healthcare employees rarely do one type of movement. Nurses, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals, clinicians and technicians stand, walk, reach, change working height and hold clinical positions across a long shift.
This instructor-led session gives participants practical mobility, light strength and recovery routines built around the reality of a healthcare shift. It runs in a staff, training or wellbeing room, not a clinical area.
Standing and supported alternatives are offered throughout. It is movement practice, not treatment.
