About this session

An interactive tasting and experimentation lab that helps people understand what food may need before they reach for more salt.

No kitchen or cooking is needed. A Workbliss food expert brings tasting samples, herbs, spices, aromatics, acids and crunchy toppings, and guides the group through side-by-side comparisons.

Participants finish with a repeatable sequence they can use with soups, sauces, grain bowls, vegetables and packed lunches.
