Annual Wage Review 2027 timetable and submissions
What’s happening
The Fair Work Commission issued the 2026 review timetable on November 27, 2025, and initial submissions closed March 27, 2026. That review raised award wages 4.75% and the national minimum wage 6% to A$26.44 an hour from July 1, 2026, so expect a similar process to set rates from July 2027.
What to do
Watch for the 2027 timetable in late November and include another award-wage increase from July 1, 2027 in the 2027–28 budget.
