The Fair Work Commission has finished its review of priority awards in female-dominated sectors, which brings phased pay increases, and plans to finish the whole review by the 2027 national wage decision.

What to do

Check whether your workforce is covered by the affected care, health or administrative awards and plan for phased increases.
