What’s happening

Fevereiro Laranja raises awareness of leukemia and bone marrow donation; Fevereiro Roxo, a civil-society campaign we could not confirm with an official source, covers lupus, fibromyalgia and Alzheimer's disease. Carnival (February 8-9) falls mid-month.

What to do

Run a bone marrow donor drive or chronic-pain session before or after Carnival week.
