NR-35 work-at-height training must be fully in person

Labor Ministry Ordinance 1,259/2026 (in force July 16, 2026) requires initial and periodic work-at-height training to be in person and gives organizations one year to redo hybrid training; fixed vertical ladders need risk analyses on a one- to three-year schedule.
What to do
Have facilities teams audit work-at-height training and ladders before mid-2027.
