A national month recognizing family caregivers, led in part by Caregiver Action Network, which launches its 2026 campaign Oct 19. Many employees balance work with caring for children, aging parents or partners.
What to do
Promote caregiving supports such as backup care, EAP, flexible schedules and leave options, and host a caregiver resource session.
