About this session
Travel the world through food without turning it into a cooking competition.
Colleagues prepare a collection of dishes inspired by different food traditions at hands-on stations, hear the stories behind them and bring everything together at one shared festival table.
At the workplace, every station is no-cook: a Workbliss food team brings the ingredients, and groups roll, chop, mix, fold, season and assemble dishes such as fresh rolls, salads, dips, mezze and spice blends.
For a festival where the team cooks, it moves to a hired kitchen with a chef. That version has more moving parts and is quoted separately.
