About this session
A hands-on, beginner-friendly brewing workshop on how kombucha fermentation works: tea, sugar, starter culture and time.
Kombucha cannot be brewed in 90 minutes, and the workshop is honest about that. Participants prepare a first-fermentation starter batch, compare examples of the brew at different stages and practice flavoring with mature kombucha the facilitator brings.
Everyone leaves knowing how to look after the batch safely at home.
