About this session
A beginner-friendly, hands-on knitting session. No experience is needed.
Participants meet the materials, make a slipknot, cast on, learn the knit stitch, build rows, spot and fix mistakes, then move on to purl and simple texture.
The repetition gives attention somewhere to go. It is a knitting workshop, not therapy. Everyone leaves with real knitting and enough know-how to keep going.
