About this session
Map the System: Room-Scale Problem-Solving is a 90-minute to half-day in-person systems thinking workshop for teams who want to map a whole system in the room before putting a change into practice.
Teams lay out roles, resources, decisions and dependencies on the floor and walls, so everyone can see how the parts connect.
Participants leave with a shared picture of the system and, in the half-day version, a clear view of how a proposed change could ripple through it and what to test first.
