About this session
A practical workshop on the memory palace technique, also called the Method of Loci.
Participants turn a familiar route into a sequence of memorable locations, place a cue for each piece of information along the way, then mentally walk the route to recall it.
The workshop moves between building and recalling, so people learn how to find and repair weak spots. It does not promise a photographic memory.
