A hands-on, alcohol-free drink-making workshop. Participants learn how base, acidity, sweetness, aroma and dilution work together.
A facilitator brings the ingredients and equipment, guides the group through one drink and then helps everyone create a variation or a signature mocktail of their own.
No experience is needed. It is not bartender training, there is no flair bartending and there is no ranking.
