Regional workers' mental injury gap widens

Allianz Australia (an insurer) found mental injuries make up 19% of regional workers' compensation claims versus 13.4% in cities, and regional workers take 16 days longer to return to work. Of regional employees, 73% have never used their employer's mental health support and 61% don't know how to access it.
