VISHWAS 2026 lets employers settle damages for EPF contribution defaults from before June 14, 2024, and AMNESTY 2026 lets unrecognized in-house PF trusts regularize; both run six months from notification. The related campaign to enroll employees missed since 2009 closed October 31, 2026.

What to do

Ask payroll whether any entity has old PF defaults or an unrecognized PF trust and act before late December.
