POSH annual report due to District Officers
What’s happening
Each Internal Committee must send an annual report to the employer and the District Officer; the POSH Act sets no date, but districts commonly expect it by January 31. The Women and Child Development Ministry also launched SHe-Box 2.0 on June 17, 2026 for Internal Committee registration and complaint tracking, and the National Commission for Women urged states on June 19, 2026 to require annual POSH audits for workplaces with 10 or more employees.
What to do
Compile each location's 2026 POSH report, confirm SHe-Box registration, and schedule Internal Committee refresher training.
