About this session
A practical lunchbox-building workshop for busy employees, including people managing food allergies, intolerances, celiac disease or other dietary needs.
Participants leave with something more useful than a list of healthy lunch ideas: a repeatable way to build lunches that still work when meetings overrun, breaks are short or kitchen facilities are limited.
There is no cooking. Participants build lunchbox combinations, compare food labels and practice safer ways to prepare, store and share food. In longer in-person formats they assemble lunchboxes from real ingredients.
What your people take away
- Map where lunch actually breaks down during the working day
- Build flexible lunchbox combinations instead of relying on recipes
- Read ingredient and allergen information with greater confidence
- Reduce avoidable cross-contact when preparing, storing and sharing food
