About this session
The Diabetes Prevention & Early Intervention Program is a practical type 2 diabetes prevention program for employers, available as a 60-minute session, a half-day or full-day experience, or a program of up to 16 weeks. It runs live online or in person.
Participants learn how blood sugar works in everyday life and build realistic food, movement, strength and sleep habits that support it.
The program is education, not diagnosis or treatment. Anyone with concerns about diabetes risk should ask a doctor about screening.
