About this session
A hands-on gut-health food class. Participants prepare practical, fiber-rich dishes with vegetables, fruit, pulses, whole grains, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices, and learn easy ways to add plant variety.
At the workplace and online there is no cooking. A Workbliss food expert brings the ingredients, including ready-cooked grains and pulses, demonstrates each step and guides participants as they prepare and assemble dishes, then everyone tastes the results.
It avoids specialist products, detox claims and strict food rules. Want the team to cook? We can quote a team outing at a hired kitchen with a chef.
