AI and algorithmic management spread to monitoring staff
What’s happening
A Commission Flash Eurobarometer of about 12,800 SMEs and mid-caps found 42% already use AI or algorithmic management, with performance and productivity monitoring the second most common use (36%). Yet 49% say they don't trust AI for staff-related decisions.
