France: pay transparency bill heads to Parliament

France's bill, amended again on Sept. 10, 2026, is going to Parliament. The rules are scheduled to apply from Jan. 1, 2028, and add a new pay-gap indicator to the existing equality index: reported every three years by firms with 50-249 employees and every year by firms with 250+.
