First EU pay-gap reports due for employers with 150+ workers
What’s happening
Under the Pay Transparency Directive, employers with 150 or more workers must file their first gender pay-gap report by June 7, 2027, covering 2026, in countries that have transposed it. Italy (Legislative Decree 96/2026) has confirmed this date, and employers with 100-149 workers follow in 2031.
What to do
Make sure 2026 pay data is clean and broken down by job category now.
