Ireland: 2026 gender pay gap reports due
What’s happening
Employers with 50 or more employees must publish their gender pay gap report within five months of a snapshot date they picked in June 2026. That deadline was shortened from six months, and basic pay now includes pay during statutory leave such as maternity and paternity leave.
