About this session

Supervisor Mental Health Conversations is a 60-minute to half-day mental health training for construction supervisors who want to hold private, supportive check-ins with crew members. It runs live online or in person.

Supervisors see their crews every day and are often the first to notice when something has changed. This session builds the confidence to start a conversation, listen and point people to the right help.

It is not clinical training, and supervisors are not expected to diagnose or counsel anyone.

Supervisors leave with a simple check-in approach, clear escalation routes and ways to look after their own wellbeing.
