About this session
EQ-i 2.0® provides a structured view of emotional intelligence across five composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management.
Within these sit 15 related emotional and social skills that provide a more detailed picture of how someone typically experiences and responds to different situations.
Participants learn how to interpret the profile as a connected system rather than treating individual scores as isolated strengths or weaknesses.
A highly developed capability can be extremely useful in one context and less effective when overused or poorly balanced by another skill.
Development therefore focuses on patterns, relationships between scales, workplace context, and the behaviors the participant wants to strengthen.
Where the licensed EQ-i 2.0® assessment is included, participants complete it before the facilitated session so workshop time can focus on interpretation, reflection, application, and development.
Results remain developmental and should not be treated as a diagnosis, a complete description of personality, or a fixed statement about someone's capability or potential.
