About this session
Good feedback rarely improves through theory alone. Feedback Flow is a hands-on lab built around repeated practice.
Participants rotate through giver, receiver and observer roles in short feedback rounds. They build a message from what they observed, say it, hear the response, clarify and replay the conversation with a stronger approach.
Every round follows the same loop: observe, build, deliver, receive, clarify, replay and adapt.
What your people take away
- Practice feedback repeatedly rather than only discussing feedback principles
- Separate observable behavior from interpretation and personality judgment
- Experience feedback from giver, receiver and observer perspectives
- Use clarification and dialogue when feedback is vague, challenged or uncomfortable
- Replay conversations using a more useful approach
- Leave with one feedback behavior to test in real work
